- Completed registration form in PDF format PDF (Appendix 2).
- Presentation title and abstract in Word format (Appendix 1).
Each sectional presentation may have no more than 5 authors.
For poster presentations: no more than 3 submissions will be accepted from the same author.
KEY DATES
• June 16, 2026 — Application deadline for conference participation.
• September 10, 2026 — Submission deadline for materials to the Conference Proceedings (RSCI): article and copyright transfer agreement (template in the «Templates and Guidelines» section).
• October 30, 2026 — Final deadline for submitting presentations for sectional presentations, as well as projects and videos for poster sessions (details in the First Announcement — see the «Templates and Guidelines» section).
