- A completed registration form in PDF format (Appendix 2)
- The title and abstract of the presentation in MS Word format (Appendix 1)
Each sectional presentation may have no more than 5 authors.
For poster presentations, no more than 3 submissions per author will be accepted.
KEY DATES
• June 16, 2025 — Application deadline for conference participation.
• September 10, 2025 — Submission deadline for materials to the Conference Proceedings (RSCI): article and copyright transfer agreement.
• October 30, 2025 — Final deadline for submitting presentations for sectional presentations, as well as presentations and videos for poster sessions.
